Welcome to the online Khatulistiwa Journal of IAIN Pontianak. The Khatulistiwa Journal, run by the Institute of Research and Community Service (LP2M) of IAIN Pontianak, is a journal of Dirasah Islamiyah or Islamic Studies. The Journal provides opportunities for scholars to submit scientific papers in the field of Islamic religious studies which will be published online. The internet connection will add to the richness of information and scientific knowledge derived mainly from research. The Journal is published twice a year, well documented in the form of books, which include a variety of scientific papers by writers of various backgrounds. In addition, we also have partners from overseas who will review each article before publication. Each article or scientific paper published in this Journal will definitely be useful to all visitors and readers.

Al-Albab ISSN 0216-6143 (print) and ISSN: 2502-8340 (online) is an interdisciplinary journal published twice a year in print and online (e-journal) by the Pontianak State Institute of Islamic Studies, Pontianak. The journal was offline and started to be online in 2012. The e-ISSN was issued in 2016. Review processing started to be online in 2016 by using available tolls provided by the OJS. Reviewers may choose to use Review Form provided by the OJS or doing review process on the manuscript using Tracking Changes menu provided by Microsoft Word.

Since the journal is published twice a year, special issue would be made available for the special condition. The regular issues include June and December editions each year. The journal is concerned to publish research-based articles in the area of religious and cultural studies. Researchers, writers, academicians, practitioners and all prospective contributors are invited to contribute to the journal publication. Contributions in English or Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia should be typed double-spaced and should contain 3.000-8.000 words. The citation should follow APA style with footnotes.

 

At-Turats ISSN 2502-8359 (online) and ISSN: 1978-418x (print) is published by Tarbiyah and Science Teaching at the State Islamic Institute (IAIN) Pontianak. The journal dedicated to the scholarly study of Islamic Thinking and Education. and At Turats combine the research and articles on the latest studies of the contributors who are experts in their field. At Turats present for the demanding needs of the intellectual in responding to current issues related to the various problems of Islamic Thinking and Education in the present context.

Al-Maslahah is a scientific journal in the fields of syari’ah
that published by Syari’ah and Islamic Economic Faculty. Pontianak State Institute of Islamic Studies.
This journal contains the masterpiece of professional writers and researchers. The vission of the journal
is to be qualified Syari'ah journal either locally or internationally level. Meanwhile, the mission of Al-Maslahah
is disseminating professional ideas of Syari'ah study to lectures, researcher, and those who have concern of this
field. This journal warmly welcomes contribution from scholars and experts of related disciplines.
Al-Maslahah is published twice a year i.e. April and October.

Jurnal Al-Hikmah (ISSN: 1978-5011 dan E-ISSN: 2502-8375) merupakan Jurnal Nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Usuluddin Adab dan Dakwah di Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Pontianak. Jurnal ini khusus pada kajian Dakwah dalam studi tertentu dan komunikasi Islam pada umumnya, dan Al-hikmah akan mengkombinasikan antara hasil penelitian dengan artikel pada kajian-kajian terkini dari para kontributor yang ahli dibidangnya. Al-Hikmah, terbit perdana pada volume I edisi 1 pada bulan Juni 2007, Al-Hikmah telah terbit 16 kali (8 volume), dengan memulai mempublikasikan artikel tentang Dakwah dan Komunikasi, diprakarsai oleh Dr. Wajidi Sayadi yang merupakan doktor tafsir hadis. Al-Hikmah hadir karena tuntutan kebutuhan intelektual dalam merespon isu-isu actual terkait berbagai problematika Dakwah dalam konteks kekinian, tidak hanya dibatasi pada hasil karya penulis lokal tetapi juga mengakomodir karya penulis dalam skala nasional dan internasional. dengan kata lain jurnal Al-Hikmah membuka akses seluas-luasnya bagi siapa saja yang ingin berkiprah dan memberikan kontribusi ilmiah bagi pengayaan wacana pemahaman Dakwah dalam rangka menjawab tantangan intelektual yang kian hari semakin berkembang. Al-hikmah, menjadi media komunikasi ilmiah antarapeminat ilmu Dakwah yang terdiri dari dosen, pakar dan praktisi dakwah, mahasiswa dan lainya. disamping itu jurnal Al-Hikmah menyediakan tempat khusus berupa review terhadap masalah-masalah terkini yang berkenaan dengan dakwah dan komunikasi.

Jurnal ini merupakan jurnal pertama yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan yang ada di lingkungan IAIN Pontianak. JRTIE yang terbit dua kali setahun ini, bulan Agustus dan bulan Desember, di dalamnya memuat kajian-kajian tentang hasil penelitian dan pemikiran tentang pendidikan agama Islam.
Jurnal ini bisa diakses secara terbuka. Artinya, semua konten yang tersedia bebas diakses tanpa biaya, baik kepada pengguna atau pada lembaganya.
